Strength and Conditioning

What is Strength and Conditioning?
A serious injury or disorder can make it difficult for a person to perform at the same physical levels that they are accustomed to. Whether a patient is recovering from a successful surgery or whether they are currently undergoing chiropractic therapy, Strength and Conditioning is highly recommended for certain patients to help fully recover the strength and capabilities of their body.

Strength and Conditioning Goals
– Holistic Strength: A patient can train on their own in a gym, however a Strength and Conditioning program makes sure that the muscles that they train are those that they need for their daily activities or sport. We apply a holistic model to our Strength and Conditioning philosophy, making sure that the patient works on their whole performance.
– Customized Programs: We create customized Strength and Conditioning programs that are relevant to every patient’s individual needs and unique challenges. This ensures that no patient is performing an exercise or training a muscle that is irrelevant or too difficult for their conditions.
